Wybrane problemy zrównoważonej intensyfikacji rolnictwa na przykładzie badań w województwie opolskim

Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja problemów związanych z wdrażaniem w gospodarstwach rolnych województwa opolskiego strategii zrównoważonej intensyfikacji. Materiał pierwotny do badań zebrano w 2014 roku metodą wywiadu kwestionariuszowego w 100 celowo dobranych gospodarstwach rolnych o powierzchni powyżej 10 ha UR w subregionach reprezentatywnych dla rolnictwa regionu. Na podstawie badań stwierdzono, że rolnicy najczęściej wybierają trajektorię rozwojową, polegającą na powiększaniu areału posiadanej ziemi, przy jednoczesnym dostarczaniu dodatkowych usług środowiskowych. The aim of the study is to justify the need for cooperation in the sphere of managing the environmental function in the agriculture of the borderland areas of Poland and the Czech Republic. Until now, thanks to the so-called “green structure of the Common Agricultural Policy” the environment-related requirements in agriculture have come from the top and have been of the universal character. The management of sludge produced by urban wastewater treatment plants has long been a problem for plant managers. This is due both to the growing costs for their disposal, and to the possible consequences that incorrect management may have on the performance of the wastewater treatment plant and on the environment. Further difficulties arose following the evolution of the European and national legislations, which regulates the management of sludge and its possible agronomic uses that introduced further checks and restrictions for this use.
